This guy's name is Harry Perry. I used to see him here, on the Venice Beach Boardwalk,
when I first moved to SoCal in 1979. I called him "The Sheik" back then. He zips along on the
boardwalk on roller skates playing electric guitar. It's the same guy. He has been doing this
since 1973. Impossible, right? Check it out.
